Public guide · Updated 5 October 2026

A ten-minute branch meeting should decide what happens today, who owns it and which customer needs attention. Reading yesterday’s numbers aloud does not achieve that.

Prepare the decisions, not a performance speech

Ask colleagues to bring one customer commitment, one pipeline obstacle and one priority for the day. The manager checks overdue actions beforehand. Keep individual coaching outside the group meeting so a team huddle does not become a public appraisal.

Use a repeatable ten-minute agenda

Spend two minutes on yesterday’s commitments, three on today’s instructions, viewings and move-ins, three resolving blockers and two confirming owners. For property management, replace sales activity with urgent repairs, access arrangements and promised updates.

Close with a visible action list

Each action needs a named owner, a deadline and a useful result. “Call the landlord by 11am and confirm access” is clearer than “chase repairs”. Revisit missed commitments calmly and establish whether the blocker was time, information or an unclear handover.

Run a 15-minute team exercise

  1. Choose one real stuck viewing, repair or instruction.
  2. Agree the next customer-facing action and owner in under two minutes.
  3. Ask a colleague to repeat the commitment; resolve any ambiguity.

Finish by choosing one change to try this week. Name the owner and review date, and use anonymised examples rather than sharing customer or employee details.

What to review next week

Track commitments completed on time, overdue customer updates and the number of unresolved blockers. Do not reward meeting attendance as if it were a sales result.

Manager guide and member resources

This public guide explains the method. Membership adds the monthly team meeting, manager notes and editable resources; the member delivery programme remains separate from these public SEO pages.
